Our certified trainers stand for competence, hands-on experience and passion. They accompany companies in developing a positive performance culture and bring deep expertise in leadership, organisational development and HR management. Each trainer is responsible for her own region and supports companies on site with high professional quality, personal commitment and a profound understanding of the challenges of today's working world.

## Meike Hornbostel — Region West (Germany)

Meike Hornbostel has been guiding transformation and organisational development processes at the intersection of politics, business, public administration and civil society for more than seven years, most recently as managing director and project lead. She is a certified systemic business coach, consultant, facilitator and moderator. For TCI she is responsible for the West region.

## Annika Päutz — Region East (Germany)

Annika Päutz has been accompanying organisations, teams and leaders for more than 10 years at the intersection of cultural transformation and personal development. Her focus is on a culture of participation, psychological safety, (self-)leadership and emotional resilience. She is a business psychologist, certified systemic coach and empowerment trainer — with the goal of using emotional intelligence as a key to growth and enabling people to recognise and unfold their self-efficacy. For TCI she is responsible for the East region.

## Sophie Descollaz — Region North · France · Netherlands · Switzerland · Austria

Sophie Descollaz is an expert in innovative performance culture with more than 20 years of experience as a consultant, leader and HR executive in international organisations, corporations and start-ups. Her focus is on connecting corporate culture, leadership and strategic people development. As an investor in women-led impact start-ups, advisory board member and author, she is committed to a future-proof economy that combines economic strength, social responsibility and sustainable collaboration. Sophie is responsible for the North region as well as France, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Austria.

## Judith Lang — Region South (Germany)

As founder and managing director of Team Caribu and a former leader in international tech and corporate environments, she translates technological complexity into business value. She is a certified trainer, strategic consultant and thought leader. For TCI she is responsible for the South region.
