Price

One copy costs €29.99 including statutory VAT.

Shipping costs

We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 per order — regardless of the number of copies and identical for all delivery countries within the European Union.

Delivery time and countries

We ship from the Netherlands within two working days of receiving payment. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days.

We deliver to all member states of the European Union. We do not currently offer deliveries outside the EU — please write to info@tf-impact.com in that case.

Payment methods

Payment is handled by our payment provider Mollie B.V. (Amsterdam). During checkout you can usually choose between credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, SEPA Direct Debit and iDEAL.

You enter your payment details with Mollie only. We merely receive confirmation whether the payment succeeded.

Invoice

The order confirmation email contains all invoice details. If you need an invoice made out to a company with a VAT identification number, please write to info@tf-impact.com.

Returns

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Everything else is set out in our withdrawal instructions.
