Sophie Descollaz began her career at the United Nations in 1993, where she looked after NGOs from 52 nations at the headquarters. She then worked as an intercultural consultant and HR lead for international companies in Germany.
Over more than 20 years as a consultant, executive and HR lead in international organisations, corporations and start-ups, her focus has become clear: connecting company culture, leadership and strategic people development. Today she runs trust in culture impact, a brand of trust&fortune impact B.V., from Echt in the Netherlands and supports organisations across Europe in building a positive performance culture.
As an investor in women-led impact start-ups and an advisory board member, she champions a future-proof economy that combines economic strength, social responsibility and sustainable collaboration.
