Terms and Conditions

for the sale of the book “Wege zu einer neuen Leistungskultur” via www.tci-tf-impact.com — September 2026. This is a courtesy translation; the German version is the binding one.

1. Seller and scope

The seller is trust&fortune impact B.V., Kapelaan Goossensstraat 5, 6101 CX Echt, The Netherlands (“we”), registered with the Kamer van Koophandel. Contact: info@tf-impact.com. Full details are in our imprint.

These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses via the order page of this website. Deviating terms of the customer do not become part of the contract unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

The language of the contract is German. Translations of these terms are provided for information only; the German version prevails.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of the book on this website is not a binding offer but an invitation to order.

By clicking “Buy now” you make a binding offer to purchase. You are then taken directly to the checkout of our payment provider.

The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending the order confirmation by email. That email contains all order details as well as the withdrawal instructions, on a durable medium.

We store the contract text and send it to you with the order confirmation. It is not made available beyond that.

3. Prices and shipping costs

One copy costs €29.99 including statutory VAT.

We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 per order — regardless of the number of copies and for all delivery countries within the European Union.

The total amount is shown clearly before you submit your order. No further costs apply; we do not currently deliver outside the EU.

4. Payment

Payment is made in advance exclusively via our payment provider Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

The available payment methods are shown during checkout — usually credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, SEPA Direct Debit and iDEAL.

You enter your payment details with Mollie only. We receive neither card nor account details, only the information whether the payment succeeded.

5. Delivery

We ship within two working days of receiving payment. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on the destination.

We deliver to all member states of the European Union. Shipping is from the Netherlands.

Should the book be unavailable despite careful stocking, we will inform you without delay and refund any payments already made in full.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Details are set out in our withdrawal instructions.

8. Warranty

The statutory provisions on liability for defects apply. If the goods delivered are defective or were damaged in transit, please write to info@tf-impact.com — we will normally replace the copy immediately.

9. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.

Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
